Support for Panic Meter

Panic Meter turns short voice or text input into a simple 0–10 panic score — fast, private, and designed to feel like a premium on-device companion.

The app provides descriptive reflection of emotional intensity signals. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Quick help: If your panic score always shows 0, check that you entered text (not empty) and tap Analyze after typing. For voice input, confirm microphone permission is enabled.

Tip: Use a short sentence like “I’m overwhelmed” or “Everything is fine” to test. Pro adds mood labels and short descriptive notes.

  • Tap the mic button to record a short entry.
  • Or type directly into the text box.
  • Tap Analyze to view your panic score.

Troubleshooting

  • Mic not working? Check Settings → Privacy → Microphone.
  • No result? Ensure your entry isn’t empty.
  • Pro not unlocking? Use Restore Purchases.

FAQ

Does the app store or upload my voice/text?

Panic Meter is designed for privacy. Processing is intended to run on device. If you choose to share diagnostic logs with support, only the information you explicitly send is shared.

Why does my panic score show 0?

Most commonly, the input is empty or not submitted. Type a short entry and tap Analyze. For voice input, confirm microphone permission is enabled and try a longer phrase.

Is this medical or diagnostic?

No. Panic Meter provides a descriptive reflection of intensity signals in your input. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

How do I restore Pro after reinstalling?

Open the app → Paywall → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and choose Panic Meter. Cancel anytime (access remains until the end of the billing period).

Pro is optional and provides expanded context, mood labels, ambient listening, and customization. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing & renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Restore purchases

If Pro doesn’t unlock after purchase, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Ensure you’re logged into the same Apple ID.

Privacy

Panic Meter is built to feel personal and private. The intended design is on-device analysis of your input and a simple output: a 0–10 score, and (for Pro) a descriptive note and mood label.

This app is a reflective tool and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Common permission: Microphone (for voice entry).

Recommended: Keep your iOS updated for best speech recognition accuracy.
