What this app is for

My Red Flags is a reflective notebook for your own observations. It helps you capture moments, sort them by category, and review the way things build up across time.

Important: this app is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or relationship counseling. It is a private record-keeping tool for your own notes.

Private notes

  • Your entries are stored locally on your device by default.
  • You can use App Lock to keep the notebook behind Face ID or device authentication.
  • No account is required for the core app experience.

Track patterns

  • Log moments with categories and intensity.
  • Review your timeline to spot repeated behavior.
  • Use the dashboard and insights views to look for trends.

Export on your terms

  • Export your notes when you want a copy.
  • Keep your own records in a text format you can read.
  • Premium features also include more history and backup tools.

Need help?

If something feels off, check the Settings screen first. You can manage app lock, exports, backups, and purchase restoration from there.

Tip: if premium content does not appear right away, try Restore Purchase in Settings. If you are testing locally, developer overrides may also be available in the app build.
